日本が初めてという外国人をお連れしての出張は、5日間で西日本をまわるという強行軍。
屋台の不衛生さに驚かれ、旬の食材を駆使した懐石料理にも腰が引き気味。

しかしどこに行っても、日本人のおもてなしの心、ホスピタリティーの質の高さに彼らが圧倒されていた感触は間違いなかった。
胸を張って、日本人で良かったと思う瞬間。

A business trip that I took the foreigners as the beginners went through
only in five days to the West of Japan.
They were surprised at how unsanitary of the street food, and intimidated
about the Kaiseki that made full use of seasonal ingredients.

However, wherever we went, I definitely felt the that they have been
overwhelmed by the hospitality of the Japanese mind, the quality of
hospitality
It was the moment with pride that I was good at Japanese.
