We got up early in the morning to go to Tsukiji Fish Market on the last day of the market research tour.
To enter inside the market was really the first time in 20 years.

The market, where the people who live only in this closed world divided from the general world, is very closed in a sense.
So, general public must walk down the aisle with timid feeling.
The raising vehicle passed through the market, as if to deliberately
interfere with the flow line of the general public.

Fortunately, we were able to look around the hall somehow, thanks to the
sushi chef who was introduced by an acquaintance gave us the lead.
Our foreign guests were rare delight to experience.

Tsukiji fish market is one of the top markets in the world.
If the fisherman was very proud that the world's sushi boom has started
here, they had better to have Japanese hospitality to penetrate a little
more here.
