Driving to northwest direction from Manhattan about 90 minutes, we had
arrived to Masker Orchard.
It was one of the famous apple farms in New York State.
New Yorkers to enjoy this season were enjoying the apple picking with
their family and friends.

Upon receiving the plastic bag dedicated at the entrance of the farm, we
can move on-site by car freely
We wander around looking for the ripe apple by the taking the help of
map of the field.
But maturity is different depending on the difference of height of land and
the time,
Apples that could be reached easily have been harvested already.

It's free to eat how much on the spot, but we have to pay at the exit to
take them to home.
Weight and number also does not matter, but we are checked for any
irregularities by opening all trunk.
We returned to Manhattan having apples of $25.00, a plastic full bag.

I made two apple pies, a large amount of compote, five bottles of apple jam
then.
I know it is a luxury, but already feel it is a little too much.
