友人が「お家ごはん」に呼んでくださった。
御本人曰く「居酒屋料理」と言うが、これがまた素晴らしい料理の数々。
丁寧にダシを取り、丁寧に下ごしらえをして、丁寧に仕上げてある。

築地から背負ってきたという豆料理、昆布締めしたカルパッチョ。
ササミと梅肉の春巻、サバの味噌煮こみ。
素材の隅々まで使い切るお惣菜の数々、餅米で炊いた栗御飯。
ここまで私の好物を並べてくださるその気遣いが嬉しくて。

我が家にずっと放置されていたワインを持って行った。
とっくに飲み頃を過ぎたコルクを抜くのが、一番緊張する瞬間。

それは、極上の仕上がりのまま、きちんと呼吸をしていた。
枯れ過ぎることもなく、この時を待っていたかのように。

周囲に惑わされることはない。
いつかきっと分かってくれる、その時まで。
そんな風に生きたい。

We were invited the "Home made dishes" hosted by my friend.
She herself said "Izakaya dishes", but all those were wonderful dishes.
She carefully cooked with "dashi", prepared and finished them carefully.

Bean cuisine that she bought at Tsukiji, carpaccio that tightened with the kelp.
Spring roll of chicken and plum meat, stewed mackerel with miso.
Many of the prepared meals used every part of the material, chestnut rice cooked with rice cake.
I was very pleased that she arranged my favorite things.

I brought a bottle of wine that had been left in our apartment for a long time.
I got nervous mostly the moment that I pull out the cork that passed the drinking time.

It had kept breathing properly, with the finest finish.
As if it was waiting for that time without too much withering.

Never be misled by the surroundings.
They will definitely understand someday.
I want to live like that.
