食材の仕入れ、調理、現場への配達、すべてボランティアだった。

コロナの正体が分からず、誰もが暗闇の中にいた時期に、
自分ができることをやると前に進む姿に、地元の人々の心が動いた。

今ニューヨークは、経済再開に向けて、段階的に動き出している。
とはいえ、街に人は少なく、飲食業の半分は閉業に向かっている。

唯一許可されているアウトドアダイニングは、店舗の立地条件によって、
客入り状況も、営業スタイルも、雲泥の差が出ているという現状。

そんななか、やはり地元の人が応援したいと足を運ぶのは、
皆が大変な時に、率先して人のために誠意を尽くした彼らのお店。

こんな時期だからこそ、次々と新しいメニューを開発する意気込み。
ピンチをチャンスに変えながら、世界はまだまだ戦っている。

However, there are few people in the city, and half of the restaurant industry is closing.

The outdoor dining is only allowed.
But there is a big difference in the number of customers and business style between the two, due to the location of the stores.

In such a situation, the locals still go their restaurant to support.
Because they took the initiative to make a sincere effort to help people at a time when everyone else was going through a difficult time.

It's in times like these that they have the enthusiasm to develop new menu items one after another.
